  • This program is a competency-based curriculum which consists of competencies that a person must achieve to clean kitchen areas, cook hot and cold meals, and prepare, portion and plate meat/food to guests in hotels, restaurants, canteens, resorts and luxury lines/cruises.  It also includes units of competency in Communication, Career Professionalism, Teamwork, Health and Safety, Computer Operations and Management, Physical Fitness, Environmental Awareness, and Basic Business Calculations.


  • Food Processing NC II  (TVET Registration No.: WTR 0703062090)
  • This program is a competency-based and a dual training curriculum that specializes in processing food by salting, curing and smoking; fermentation and pickling; sugar concentration and packaging of processed food products. The program also includes units of competency in Communication, Career Professionalism, Teamwork, Health and Safety, Computer Operations and Management, Physical Fitness, Environmental Awareness, and Basic Business Calculations.


  • Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II (TVET Registration No.: WTR 1103062205)
  • This course is a competency-based curriculum that specializes in the following competencies: Prepare Electrical Power and Hydraulic Tools; Perform Roughing-in Activities for Communication and Distribution Systems; Install Wiring Devices for Floor and Ground Fault Current Interrupting Outlet; Install Electrical Protection System for Lighting and Grounding; Install Electrical Lighting Systems on Auxiliary Outlets and Lighting Fixtures.   • This program is a competency-based curriculum that specializes in Swine, Poultry, Small and Large Ruminants production.  It is a dual training curriculum wherein the students will spend 1 year in school and 1 year in the animal production industry farm.  The course also includes units of competency in Communication, Career Professionalism, Teamwork, Health and Safety, Computer Operations and Management, Physical Fitness, Environmental Awareness, and Basic Business Calculations.

  • Agricultural Crops Production NC I (TVET Registration No.: WTR 1103061257)
  • This program is a competency-based curriculum that is designed to enhance the knowledge, desirable skills and attitudes of Agricultural Crops Production NC l in accordance with industry standards. It covers basic, common and core competencies in the production of crops such as rice, vegetables, fruits and nuts as well as many others. The course also includes units of competency in Receive and Respond to Workplace Communication, Working with Others, Demonstrate Work Values, Practice Housekeeping Procedures, and Applying Basic First Aid.
